What did Toast Inbound learn? 

There are many challenges associated with working with a multi-brand and multi-website company. It brings both complexities and opportunities. The overall learning curve has been about keeping it simple and understanding the customer journey. Customers are not immersed in your brand like you are so you have to keep their online journey super simple so they understand who you are and what you have to offer. Establishing clear buyer personas from the start has been an effective way to ensure that this happens.
